Where the prices come from
Stations in all three countries report their prices to public open-data services. OctaFuel reads those feeds every hour, so you see what the stations report: no guesses, no user submissions.

Yes. OctaFuel is free and supported by ads, which are shown only after you give consent. There are no in-app purchases.
From official government open-data sources: DGEG in Portugal, MITECO’s Geoportal Gasolineras in Spain and prix-carburants.gouv.fr in France. OctaFuel refreshes them every hour. Prices may still differ from the price at the pump.
Portugal (mainland), Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands) and France (mainland and Corsica). Fuels: 95, 98, Diesel, Premium diesel, LPG and E85.
No. There’s no sign-up. Open the app and you’ll see prices around you straight away. Your favourites and alerts stay on your phone.

No. OctaFuel covers petrol, diesel, LPG and E85 only. Electric charging isn’t included.
